Brakes
The banjo (fluid) bolts for the master cylinder are too long at 22mm, I'll need 17mm. However I thought I'd check them against the banjo bolts in the callipers...different thread and neither metric. I figure the Wilwood master cylinders are american UNF and the callipers are imperial. Anyway I'm taking them both to BPA (the brake suppliers in Eagle Farm) to sort it out.Lights
I now have all my lights (with the darndratted exception of the high level brake light - another visit to Autobarn). I also have my Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, coil leads and ECU with keys, ignition and key id transponder (except the ignition is just the tumbler not the switch assembly and I told the supplier it was NOT for a Focus but for a kit car - it's the old "assume" rule).Radiator
While I was in the garage looking at the brakes I thought I'd fit the radiator, only to find the Craig Davies fan does not fit the mounts on the radiator. So I made up some brackets and installed the fan to the radiator. As there is 20mm clearance between the fan and the actual core there shouldn't be any restriction to the airflow.
