Front Wheels
My alloy wheels were binding on the front brake callipers which meant I have to use the spacers Purnell Tyres provided. I was concerned that the amount of thread on the wheel studs wasn't enough so I bought and fitted longer wheels studs.
Radiator
I've been working on the coolant plumbing but I've hit a temporary snag; the route I thought I could use is a bit tight for the pipe from the bottom of the radiator to the water pump. I'm going to have to bring it back up and over the serpentine belt. Just need to order some more joints, clamps and hose.
I temporarily fitted the extractors to see the where the coolant plumbing would go and found that the oil dipstick pipe was not going to fit so I straightened and re-bent it. I will have to make a small bracket to fix it to the engine on one of the timing belt cover bolts.
